Sweet Heat and Hot Hot Water

Thank you to Mitch & Jasen for completing our transition from oil to propane. They revoved the old boiler from under the house. What a piece of junk. Although, it is almost 50 years old so its done its job, more than necessary! Installation of 2 new propane tanks, a tankless hot water heater, and the even feel heat running throughout the house! Waking up this morning, 62 degrees even feels too warm from what we are used to! But oh does it feel so good. Thank you!

Winter On a Break?

Waking up today to 46 degrees and 95% of the snow that fell just 2 days ago is now gone. Is Old Man Winter on a break? Confused? This is crazy! 5 day outlook all in the 40's!

Hello Snow! Finally!

Our view is a sea of white! No more pool. No more grass. At least 2 inches already fallen. Expecting another 3-4 by mid afternoon. However... I am finding it quite hilarious all the news reports about WINTER STORM and NYC SNOW REMOVAL IN EFFECT. Really? Sadly, the grocery store shelves are bare for essentials. Crazy people.

Ok, its cold!

Woke up this morning to bitter temperatures outside. It's not a problem, but it looks like fall/spring outside. Really sounds crazy, but how about some snow to go along with this cold weather? Just doesn't seem right.

Friday the 13th

The fear of Friday the 13th is called friggatrishtkaidekaphobia. Really? Let's not make that easier to pronouce, hell... to read!

According to the Stress Management Center and Phobia Institute in Asheville, North Carolina, an estimated 17 to 21 million people in the United States are affected by a fear of this day. Some people are so paralyzed by fear that they avoid their normal routines in doing business, taking flights or even getting out of bed. "It's been estimated that $800 or $900 million is lost in business on this day".Despite this, representatives for both Delta and Continental Airlines say that their airlines do not suffer from any noticeable drop in travel on those Fridays..... right, instead their Customer Service is what scares people the most, creating a noticeable drop in travel. :)
