Shop for a Dollar

Thought I would take the time to show off a good thing we've found.... saving money. Now, its not like its hundreds or thousands, but the pennies and dollars do add up and make a difference in a monthly budget. The idea is that I am going to walk you through a shopping list of items that we buy and use from a local Dollar Tree, and compare it to a typical brand name product that would normally be bought for a higher price at your typical Walmart, Target, Grocery stores. This can range from cookies and chips, to soap and detergents. Then, rate them based on the following categories : Quality, Size/Amount, Taste(if applicable), and of course, Price!
