Passed the Test

Well, Jay and I sat through the 9 hour Connecticut Safe Boating Course yesterday to obtain our certification. Got there at 7:45am and finally got back in the car at 5:00pm exactly. LONG DAY, but well worth it. This allows us to go to the DEP office and apply for our boating license. One step closer to finally getting out on the boat. Jay will be able to run to the DEP office on Tuesday, which means he should be able to take it out on Wednesday for some practice runs with the staff at the marina. Practice makes perfect!!!
