Trip to Angevine Tree Farm

Our Sunday started out with decorating the inside of the house and those pics will come later. But just as planned, we were off to get our Christmas Tree at Angevine Tree Farm in New Preston, CT. And Mother Nature approved. Beautiful sunshine and clear skies and warm temperatures.

Searching high and low for the perfect tree.... slim pickings in the fields this year. Seems like they may need to close for a few years to let the little ones grow.

What a View!!!!

And again... I hate the new blogger editor!

  1. Hey Nate and Jason,
Thanks for posting such wonderful photos. I love your site...Yes, a shortage of big trees this year. We have thousands of trees planted and every 6 or 7 years, we seem to have a lull. Next year, we'll have tons of 5-6 footers. We can't close, what would my parents do? They LOVE their customers. Come see us at pumpkin time, our harvest barn is open and we'd love to see more photos...Thanks so much for coming to the farm , every tree we sell helps to preserve our family farm, and create a wonderul zen enviornment for all to enjoy...Merry Christmas
